Terms & Conditions
General
The required pass rate for re-certification is 80%. Please be aware that if you do not gain the required threshold for a pass, then you would be required to re-sit the full 2 day course and complete the portfolio requirements associated with that course in order to become recertified. No refunds of the refresher course would apply.
Bookings are made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
All applicable course/re-certification fees must be paid in full by the due date on the invoice to secure placement and admission to the course/re-re-certification. If this does not happen for whatever reason(s) and payment is not received by the due date, the participant’s place will not be secured and may be offered to someone else.
Cancellations
The following fees will apply when attendees choose to cancel their booked places on a course/refresher. Cancellations must be emailed to the course organiser.
- Cancellation received 21 days or more before the course/refresher - 50% of the course/re-certification cost will be credited.
- No refunds or credits will be issued if the participant cancels within 21 days of the course/re-certification start date.
- No refunds for ‘no shows’.
- Booked registrations may be transferred to another member of the participant’s organisation.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be made to the person or organisation that made the original payment. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they book on the correct course they need. There will be no refunds for people who book on the wrong course.
Reserved Rights
Asthma Waikato reserves the right to change dates, courses and fees. The participant acknowledges and agrees that these Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Asthma Waikato and without notice to the participant.
Asthma Waikato reserves the right to cancel courses/refreshers if necessary and in this event a full refund or credit to another course/re-certification will be offered. Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than 5 working day’s notice of cancellation. Asthma Waikato will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to course/re-certification cancellation.
